  • Iterative Cycle: We follow a Dev > Test > Deploy cycle, releasing features iteratively.

3. Hosting & Support Options

  • Consultant Hosted (Managed Service): We host and manage the platform under a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This includes ongoing monitoring, updates, and optimisation.
  • Client Hosted: The solution is deployed entirely within your environment, giving you full control with optional support packages.
