By accessing our website or engaging our services for MCP server development and agentic workflows, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

MCP Solutions provides technical consultancy, software development, and workflow automation services. We aim to provide "human-in-the-loop" solutions where you retain final decision-making authority unless fully autonomous agents are explicitly requested and agreed upon.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific Statement of Work (SoW), all intellectual property rights in the custom code and solutions we develop for you will be transferred to you upon full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), MCP Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our automated agents or software.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state laws of New South Wales. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, Australia.
